Mr. M A Bashar, B.S. in MIS from the USA is a young energetic business entrepreneur of the country. He started pursuing his business endeavors with the Prime Group of Industries shouldering its responsibilities in key positions. With the help of his academic knowledge gathered from abroad, he is contributing a lot to the growth of his business entities. He is the Deputy Managing Director of Prime Group of Industries, he holds Directorship in different entities of the GROUP: Prime Textile Spinning Mills Ltd., Prime Composite Mills Ltd., Prime Melange Yarn Mills Ltd,. Unique Steel Industries Ltd., Prime Steel Re-rolling Mills Ltd., Doleshwar Iron & Engineering Works Ltd., etc. He is also the Managing Director of four Ship recycling units: Prime Ship Breakers Ltd., Prime Ship Recycling Ltd., Jahanabad Shipbreakers Ltd., and Prime FSS Ship Breakers Ltd., and Prime Financial Consultants & Equities Ltd. He also holds the position of General Secretary of Prime Doleswar Sporting Club which is a Premier Division Cricket Team in Bangladesh.

He is also the Sponsor Director of National Credit and Commerce Bank (NCCB) and on the various committees in the Bank.
